I honestly expected much better. The whole place felt disorganised, and nothing worked the way it was supposed to. The staff seemed unprepared and uninterested, and every question I asked was met with either confusion or a shrug.
The service was slow, even though it wasn’t busy, and the final result didn’t match what was advertised at all. The environment itself felt unclean and poorly maintained, which didn’t inspire much confidence.
To make things worse, the communication was terrible — no updates, no explanations, just long waits and guesswork. For the price they charge, the quality is far below acceptable. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it based on this experience.
