Great product and great after sales care.I find the other reviews completely at odds with my experience.The battery pack charger GT4000 has easily started anything I have attached it to. Just recently well over a year of ownership the plug in 100w car charger failed but upon contacting customer service the problem was swiftly and efficiently resolved without any fuss or bother.Thank you Echo
