Ordered a jump starter on-line with a discount voucher only to find the voucher wasn’t applied and I was charged full amount. Tried to claim voucher but all they would offer was discount on next purchase. Then asked to cancel order but response was that it had already been shipped! Yeah right!Returned the goods unopened and at my cost only to find that they had illegally charged me for initial shipping despite their website stating it was free.Furthermore, this deduction is not allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards.I certainly would not entertain buying any Gooloo product again given their sharp practice and poor customer service.
