This is a complete scam; I received a fake tracking number. When I reached out to the support team, they claimed it takes four days for the scans to appear, but they never even sent the item at all. I’m not sure how they treat customers in the UK, but if you’re an international buyer, steer clear because you won’t receive your order. Thankfully, my bank is refunding me and investigating these thieves.
