Adam Altman was just SO HELPFUL!!! I was literally losing my mind due to issues with the Petplan website not working. I reached out to Jodi Johnson, who also has been very helpful, and she had Adam call me directly and within a few mins I had access to the website again. Pls DEFINITELY recognize Adam Altman and Jodi Johnson for their superior customer service!!!
