Poor customer service and worse policiesAvoid GOPHR. The courier damaged my parcel and GOPHR has completely refused to take responsibility. Customer service was slow, unhelpful, and hid behind rigid policies instead of resolving the issue. No accountability, no solution, and no care for the customer once something goes wrong.I would not recommend using this service.
