Ordered magic thumbs to have 2 thumbs with 2 lights, they shipped 2 thumbs and 1 light much to my son’s disappointment on Christmas. After reaching out to advise, instead of rectifying, they requested a photo to show this, which was provided. Instead of then fixing the problem, they told me to look in the package again ( it’s. 4 inch see through bag, there isn’t any where for this to “hide”), I advised not there. Then instead of sending the missing part finally, they just offered their apology. Which doesn’t fix the part for my son which was their mistake, it’s been 3 days of this crap back and forth, clearly they are not going to fix their error and I am left with garbage. Do not buy from them.
