Good customer support. Fast shipping. I bought the “very good” condition iPhone 14 Pro Max which is supposed to almost be like new, but had more scratches than I would have liked. Also the battery was on the lower end of their promised range (88%), so I have to likely replace it within a year. It would be better if they guarantee at least 90% since the 80%’s drain relatively quickly.
