This is such a disgusting company, ordered weeks ago and my parcel has clearly gone missing and this company has refused to give me a refund claiming that they have opened an investigation with EVRI. How long am I meant to wait??? It’s been weeks and weeks. The parcel is clearly lost and they are refusing to give me a refund. At this point, it’s theft and I will report them to the trading standards agency as such. Sort yourself out gorgeous shop, you’re despicable. Can’t believe Debenhams are using trash companies like this one
