I used Gorilla for 2 years, covering business and personal accounting services. Advice was reactive on most occasions and I got the sense that my assigned accountant had so many clients that their capacity was impacted in terms of service quality.A 3rd party audit showed my business had missed some significant opportunities to operate in a more tax efficient manner; I was also disappointed that my personal tax advice lacked forward planning or strategy advice.Charges were unclear in relation to specific services used or available to me as a client and I received invoices which did not date stamp and itemise services. Ultimately, despite queries the invoicing quality did not improve and that and a constant churn of junk email forced me to move away to any other provider. I'd strongly recommend small business owners consider alternatives before settling for Gorilla as a last (and very painful) option.
