Update: Changing, I thought I was with you guys for 5 year but it's actually 8 years, anyone let's give another chance and see what you can do this year. Please note no force if I decide to shutdown the company or I want to leave Gorilla at any time. I have been with them for almost more than 5 years I think now, price increases several times but services dropped several times too, they use to provide 1 accountant for long time but recently it's like ping pong between accountants, 2) They use to provide employment gap reference without any cost in the past and now it's money. 3) The services are mostly robotic like get things from freeagent and submit but other than that dead emails. 4) With the price they are not value for money, for the same robotic service you can get in a lot less 5) I was surprised how pushy they were at the time of leaving the service, they will try their best to not let you go 6) Simple requests are ignored and you have to use a tone or multiple chase.
