I’ve been with Gorilla Accounting for a few years now, and I’m still just as happy with the service as I was at the start. Ashley continues to be fantastic – always responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful whenever I have a query. I also appreciate that they now use Teams for calls, which makes our interactions feel much more personal. It’s rare to find this level of service and consistency, so it’s definitely still 5 stars from me.
