I’ve had a few accountants and they’ve always been quick to take money and slow to service your needs .I transferred to gorilla 6 months ago and, along with FreeAgent, have had trouble free support ever since. From closing last year, to payroll changes, to VAT quarter returns, the process has been very smooth.I’ve asked many questions and queries of my gorilla accountant-Jake- and he always responds within a day (mostly within hours) which I appreciate immensely .Thanks gorilla!
