I’ve been with Gorilla for several years now and honestly couldn’t recommend them more.I work primarily with Courtney and Ashley, who have consistently been professional, incredibly helpful, and very responsive to any questions or queries. My tax situation is not the most straightforward - as a company director, self-employed, with additional sources of income - and they have always handled everything with clarity, precision and genuine care.What I particularly value is how clearly they explain things: they take the time to walk me through what’s at stake, how calculations are made and even show the workings so I fully understand the process. Any more complex queries are escalated within the team extremely quickly.Tax season can be stressful, but this year in particular I was hugely relieved to know my return was being expertly handled. Many, many thanks to the team for their support! They’ve done an excellent job and continue to do so.
I was very reluctant to move from my bookkeeper and was wary of how much cheaper this service was, especially when it includes the VAT and Annual Accounts. 6 months in it has been a breeze and I've found them to be very supportive. Happy to recommend.
