If you are having trouble with anything you can request advice and they will happily help iron out any kinks.Very organised ladies, like myself I like to know all of the details and due to some of the communication with lodges I was advised to not get in contact with the contacts on there end. Having listened to this advice I was very pleased at the outcome, you can have faith in them both and not interfere with the bookings made on your behalf -they are clearly seasoned pros.
