We purchased several Gorilla Glue products for our office. After using only a few drops from a couple of tubes, we later found that the glue had completely hardened inside the tubes and could no longer be dispensed.Even worse, the most recent tube we purchased from Amazon was never opened. When we tried to use it a couple of months later, it had already hardened and was entirely unusable. In total, we wasted approximately $90 on products that effectively worked once, if at all.We contacted Gorilla Glue, but they refused to replace or compensate us, citing that the products were manufactured a couple of years earlier. There was no expiration date and no warning on the packaging indicating that the glue could harden on its own over time. Are customers really expected to purchase a product that can only be used for a few drops one time? This experience has been extremely frustrating and feels like a complete rip-off.By contrast, we have several Elmer's Glue in our office also.We still use Elmers glue that we purchased over a decade ago, and it works perfectly every time. Elmers products are significantly cheaper, come in larger bottles, and are clearly designed for long-term use.Buyers beware. Gorilla Glue may be expensive, but in our experience, it is neither reliable nor consumer-friendly.We wasted about $90, and that is all Gorilla Glue will ever get from us.We will never purchase their products again, nor will our friends or affiliated businesses, EVER in our lifetime. We are investment bankers, and while $90 itself is not worth our time to dispute, this is a matter of principle and fairness. We are sharing our experience so others are aware and can make informed decisions.Buyers beware. Gorilla Glue may be expensive, but in our experience, it is neither reliable nor consumer-friendly.
