update 10/23/25; what things looked like in the beginning of my relationship with Steve, wow, has become a full time week to week buy back for us both. Lol. I think I may be done selling 3 devices now in one month, but he has a client for life. Thank you for giving me the full quoted amount even when you said there were blemishes.update 10/13/25; like me, steve working on a holiday. He got me at least something for an older ipad that I sent and then still gave me $5 bucks more on both items, including at least something for the first ipad. Total $75 and I could leave this headache in his hands. He called and emailed throughout and repaired the feeling I got in the beginning of all this. I did send both ipads off with the covers and screen protectors but I learned it doesn't matter. I am about to ask him how much he would give me on another device and I feel like, I have my man for future sells, thank you for taking care of me and here is your 5 stars! Paid within minutes in a way that wouldn't cost me fees as a business myself, thanks for looking out! Update 10/7/25 Steve and staff read my review and are doing everything to turn my experience around. Right now, I have just been offered a different rate for not sending my cover, screen saver, and original box back since when they received my ipad they said the battery wasn't in good enough shape (80%) to give me what I was quoted. Right now, I am negotiating with Steve for both of us to have a better end experience. Sending him another ipad that is older, get at least X for it if not XX, and giving me $50 for the pink Ipad lower than originally quoted, but do to the factors, making it work. They send me a label to send it all back as well. It was a lot of shipping money waste when I asked for $40 instead of $20 ish on the 2nd offer of the pink ipad. His demeanor was good resolver, no attitude, and we even got a couple giggles in there. I too was open to just a more understanding offer. I am feeling better, but it's not complete just yet. As a business owner too, it all comes down to what feels right for both parties and neither parties having the inability just to debate / negotiate so there is a good outcome all the way around. I am impressed with their concern to make it right therefore I have changed the stars partially until we finalize everything and as long as you can read my review to know how it all went down, you can make your best judgement. They gave me a pretty good offer initially, but you see now that it might change. I also learned it doesn't matter if I kept the screen saver and the cover on it, they ditch it all anyway. I got a quote on an ipad, I sent it in with a screen saver and a nice pink cover and they downgraded the quoted rate from over 80 to under 20 and I refused, they sent my ipad back and didn't send it with my case nor did they send it back with the original box that I sent it in with very upset right now. I will update this if they return the box and case! oct 2024
