We based our purchase with Gorvex based on the estimated arrival date of the gloves. We ordered and heard nothing for a long time. We sent an email to find out where the order was and got a reply that there was a delay in shipment. We had not gotten an update on that until we contacted you. The order did not arrive for the project we needed them for. We were credited shipping fees which was appreciated, but unfortunately the main reason we ordered them was to use them for a specific date and project. They did not arrive on time for that.
