I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the service. I found myself constantly having to follow up for information that my legal representatives needed, which felt very odd. Despite the inconvenience, I continued to pursue the necessary details. Then, my solicitor sent me incorrect paperwork to sign, and after I returned it (using paid delivery), they realized it was wrong, requiring me to resend it. They also forgot to request my substantial deposit of £59,000. Just a day and a half before I was supposed to receive the keys, I questioned the deposit and was informed that it was urgently needed. To my surprise, two days after I received the keys, my solicitor contacted me asking for the stamp duty payment of £14,020 within two weeks. This was the first mention of stamp duty, which was not even referenced in the completion statement! There was no support available to assist me, and I had to gather the total amount in just 12 days. A representative introduced himself as my new case worker during this stamp duty ordeal, but I have not heard back from him since. I truly dislike leaving negative reviews, but my experience was significant enough to share; there was just too much that went wrong. I cannot recommend this service to anyone, especially not to first-time buyers.
