I purchased socks from them, they took longer than expected to arrive. After receiving, the material is very very thin and poor quality. The material felt rough and there was little compression. Per the return policy, if a customer isn’t satisfied and the product wasn’t used you can return and get a refund. I requested a refund through the email listed on the site and they have sent 3 emails avoiding return instructions. The first email asked me why I’m not satisfied, the second email gave me other products they have that I can try without any return information and the 3rd email was them asking me again why I’m not satisfied and what items I received/tried. I just sent my fourth email stating the same thing as to why I do not want the socks or a different one of their products. They are obviously avoiding the return and I’m assuming trying to stall until the return window is over. Besides the return difficulties the socks truly were thin and not a ton of compression.
