UPDATE: The company has responded suggesting all of their return restrictions were visible before I ordered. That is simply not the case. I have screenshots from the date of purchase, and their refund policy at the time contained none of the restrictions they are now claiming - no mention of hygiene exemptions, no reference to socks being “intimate wear,” and no rule preventing returns of promotional items. These additions appeared only after my purchase.This experience has reinforced my original view: the policies applied to my order were not the policies shown at the time I bought the product. I strongly advise avoiding this company.~I had a genuinely awful experience with this company. The sizing guide on their website is completely misleading — I followed it exactly, and the socks didn’t even come close to fitting. One pair was unopened and the other was only tried on briefly to check the fit, yet customer service still refused to accept a return.They then invented new “policies” that were not stated anywhere on their website, including calling socks “intimate wear” and claiming anything bought during a BOGO promotion is automatically non-returnable. None of this was shown before purchase and none of it matches their own published refund policy.Instead of resolving the issue, they offered tiny “goodwill” gestures (10% refund!) while still refusing to take responsibility. The product quality was also very poor, customer service was dismissive, and the whole experience felt deliberately obstructive.I’ve escalated the matter through my credit card provider because I genuinely couldn’t get a fair response from them.Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. There are far better and more reputable brands out there.
