Avoid this company!The customer service team are rude and unhelpful. They come up with any excuse to refuse your refund. I requested a refund through email and was advised to try some different socks because the ones I ordered were too small. I was then told because I placed another order, my original order was viewed as resolved and I could not return my original order. They asked me if I tried the items on. I said yes and then was told because they were tried on for hygiene reasons they couldn’t be returned. None of these ‘rules’ were stated on website. Don’t waste your time with this company. I received my order on 25/02/26 and have been back and forth with them trying to get a refund for almost a month. I am now trying to claim this money back through my bank.
