Ordered and then attempted to return as I wasn’t happy with them, the quality was fine but not what I wanted. The return process was overly complicated and not all information was given like needing to provide pictures of the inside of the parcel before return! I had to find all this out myself and pay postage only for my parcel to get lost in the post. Guess what? Even with proof of postage, all the photos, and posing extra for the recommended tracked delivery they cannot provide a refund without the actually product returned. A waste of time and money (£54!)
