They took all the hassle from the NLV process, dealing with all the police checks, marriage certificate translations, all the paperwork required for our appointment in Manchester, they even arranged our private medical insurance and assisted us with our TIE application and appointment when we received our visas and arrived at our new life in Fuerteventura.
