VERY disappointed. Quality much worse than previsou order.

I just received my 2nd mug and it was horrible! I ordered a very similar mug a couple years ago and it was perfect but now they are being processed out of the country apparently as that is where my payment was processed. You cannot read the writing/names or tell what kind of dogs they are supposed to be. Very disappointed.

Great experience

Great experience. Ordered the hat that says “protected by (insert name of dog)” for our future grandson. Order was delivered promptly and just as expected. Good quality. Our son and daughter in law absolutely loved it! Very happy customer!

Worst Customer Service Ever

Placed an order in October. As of 11/27, I still have not received the order. The company is doing nothing to track the order. The only thing they offered is to return half of my shipping costs. That is a slap in the face. They pull at your heartstrings with their sentimental products and then don’t deliver. Buyer beware if you are trying to get something on a timely basis.

I Purchased 5 mugs for my sisters and myself. We all, including me, opened them at the same time on a ZOOM call. We really do like them. I will be purchasing more for this Christmas.

Very good customer service

I ordered the mug with a Peaking Cat, and contacted customer service when it didn't arrive a couple of weeks after it was supposed to be delivered. Probably got lost during transport after it arrived in The Netherlands (that was as far as the track and trace went). They replied very quickly and prepared a new shipment immediately. This one was delivered within the expected delivery time. The mug is exactly as expected, it was a gift for my boyfriend and he's very happy with it!
