Awful! Awful! Awful! These awful crooks do not put on their website that you are responsible to pay the import duty fees on their sales pages. It’s hidden in their terms and conditions. I bought a 60 shampoo from France, they charge $20 on top for shipping. Then out of nowhere DHL delivery holds your package hostage and demands $45 import duty fee. I complained and some jerk name Tom Miller from support emails and says I can return for 40% money back. So of course I paid the duty and I felt awful and terrible about it.
