I bought the larger travel pack as an everyday work bag. I needed at least 25 liters of capacity to carry a laptop along with files and personal items. The bag is well-constructed, but after a few weeks of use, it feels like it wasn't fully tested in the field and lacks some details that would elevate it. It needs more internal and external pockets for a true everyday carry experience. The only quick-access external pockets are on the front, making the bag top-heavy. The bottom compartment design is flawed; its opening placement causes it to crease and tip forward when not fully loaded. I had to improvise a base to stabilize it. While I believe I will get good use out of the bag, it's frustrating that it misses details that could make it exceptional as an everyday workhorse.
