Company doesn’t care about the customer.

We moved and I changed my address and Got Dubia sent 2 packages to the old address. I messaged them and was very respectful the first time and the stated they changed it and it was all set and the second time I advised that I cannot waste money on shipments that are going to the wrong address and to cancel my subscription. My money (dubias) is being sent to someone who threw the boxes away because they don’t know me or when’re I live. J.Paul W from the company emailed me and said your subscription is cancelled. And I sent them an email back stating it was shame they don’t care about my business lost me due to someone’s lack of attention and most companies are hurting and need the business and don’t want to lose customers and apparently they are one of the rare companies who don’t mind losing money. I get an email back stating “please do not email us frivolous” So my experience with Got Dubia is was horrible ans I do not recommend them to anyone. I have a lot of friends who buy a lot of Dubias at a time and they have moved to a different company. Maybe next time instead of not giving a crap about the customers they should figure out how to keep them and get things right. Not saying I wanted anything for free or a discount. Just wanted my orders delivered to the correct address.
