The company has continued to give false promises without taking any real action. This lack of honesty and accountability only reinforces our disappointment and confirms the unprofessional nature of their service.We urge others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company.Aug/2025Good Trip, But Poor Post-Trip Communication from GoToPeruOverall, we had a good experience with GoToPeru during the trip booked through WeTravel. However, after requesting several cancellations (tours, flights, and services) — which were confirmed via WhatsApp — the communication completely stopped once the trip ended.We received no official confirmation, refund, or response, despite multiple follow-ups. It’s disappointing that the professionalism did not extend beyond the trip itself. Be cautious if you need post-trip support or refunds.
