STAY AWAY !!!! Ordered a knife, waited over 2 months, using the tracking option, found out it was lost. Wrote to their cs, they ordered a new one, took another month, received it and it was not even close to what I ordered, and of poor workmanship. Wrote to them again and they will discount the order ???, I asked for the correct same item as I ordered, again they offered me 10% refund…unbelievable that they consider this cs.I have now have had the transaction cancelled by the visa and bank I deal with.
