I've been prompted to share another review about the packaging of my order. I must say that the parcel was packed very securely. However, I encountered some difficulty with the foam bag inside the PC; while I understand it’s meant to protect the hardware during delivery, it was quite hard to remove and pressed against internal components. I eventually got it out, but I worried that I might have damaged the GPU and RAM since the foam was wedged tightly behind the GPU and alongside the RAM. Fortunately, everything is functioning perfectly now, but I was quite anxious at the time. Are there any alternative packaging options available? I trust that you care about the service you provide and have explored other possibilities. Thank you again for the excellent PC! I will definitely order from you again soon.
