Initially, I wrote a positive review for this company, but my experience over the last two weeks has been extremely disappointing. To put it simply, these people are consistently dishonest, even when presented with clear facts. Their products are of poor quality; I've only had the PC since Christmas and have faced nothing but issues and untruths. Avoid this company; they are insincere at best and provide the worst customer experience I've ever encountered.
