I’ve been prompted to share another review focused on the packaging of my order. I must commend how securely the parcel was boxed. However, I encountered some difficulty with the foam bag inside the PC. While I understand its purpose is to safeguard the hardware during delivery, it was challenging to remove and was pressing against internal components. I eventually succeeded in taking it out, but I worried I might have inadvertently harmed the GPU and RAM due to the foam being lodged deeply behind the GPU and alongside the RAM. Fortunately, all parts are functioning perfectly now, but I was quite anxious at the time. Are there any alternative options available for packaging? Or is it not feasible cost-wise? I appreciate the evident care you have for the service you provide and trust that you've considered other possibilities. Once again, thank you for the fantastic PC! I will definitely be ordering from you again in the near future.
