I ordered a custom gaming PC (where I chose the parts myself) on the 24th of March, and only 3 days later it had already arrived at my home, fully built and ready to go, which was way faster than I expected.
I have to say their support and care was phenomenal - I initially messed up my choice and contacted customer support for a cancellation, and they got back to me straight away which let me put in another order. They also were patient with me asking for advice on what build to get.
The computer arrived in perfect condition from shipping - it was very well packed with reliable foam padding to protect the inside of the case, and all was very clean (no fingerprints or anything) with film still protecting the glass on the case. Everything was of course exactly as I specified in my custom order and running perfectly. I'm enjoying my games all in ultra settings now.
There was a cute handwritten little message inside one of the small boxes and a packet of candies (which I actually ate while setting it up, thank you :))
I can tell they really care, and I'm very happy I got my PC from gotraka. Thank you for the awesome PC!
