DO NOT USE THIS SITE!! I booked a 1 way flight Detroit to Springfield MO. Card was never charged, thank God, but nor was the reservation ever finalized. Did not realize it until I tried to order a wheelchair for connecting flight. Two Customer Service calls went to voicemail, two emails were ignored. Consequently, a week later, tickets are 3x the price. My fault. Should have researched better. Update: I finally discovered one email in my box that they had tried multiple times to contact me and that my reservation was still pending. I had no missed calls and no voicemails. Must conclude they didn’t try very hard, if at all. See another similar review below.
