Frustrating Order Experience

I placed an order on Cyber Monday, trying to use a promo for 35% off on three items. Unfortunately, there was no field for the code during checkout, and I completed the order without it. I reached out to the sales department via email for assistance but received no replies after two attempts. When I called, I learned that the promo was only for Black Friday, even though Cyber Monday was on December 1. Consequently, I only received a 10% discount. This incident cost them a loyal customer who usually spends $750 a year for just a $90 discount.
