I ordered on Cyber Monday, hoping for a 35% discount for purchasing three items with a code. Unfortunately, there was no option to enter the code at checkout, and I finished the order without it. I quickly emailed the sales department for the discount but got no response after two attempts. When I called, I was told the promo was only valid on Black Friday, even though Cyber Monday was December 1. Consequently, I received only a 10% discount. This situation cost them a loyal customer who usually spends $750 a year for just a $90 discount.
