This company misrepresents itself as a government website. It exists solely to scam people who are busy, tired, elderly, not paying attention, or generally do not know better. All they do is fill out a form and send it to you. FYI you can renew your passport online at the legitimate government website. The fact that sites like this make me loose faith in humanity. Shame on them
I'm not sure if this is a legit company. I'm still waiting for my refund. They were not able to help with my renewal. I've asked for refund and the resolution team still hasn't responded 10 days later. This company has all my personal information. I would not recommend giving the company any money or information.
I would rate this lower if I could - totally misleading - it takes twice as long and cost twice as much. They had my information for a full month before acting on it and then they just sent it to the passport office - screwing me up. The process takes at least 2 months - which is a month longer than it does with the REAL passport office
I had a fantastic experience getting my ESTA processed through the service. The representative provided timely updates and assisted me in adding the document I had forgotten to upload during my application. I received my approval the very next day, which was impressively quick.
This website is quite ambiguous about not being the official U.S. visa site. The branding and emails created an impression of legitimacy, leading to confusion and a delay in my actual visa application. Upon realizing the situation, I canceled and received approximately a 90% refund. While the refund process was managed properly, I consider the marketing strategy to be misleading and unethical. I highly suggest applying directly through the official U.S. government website instead.

This site is misleading! They operate as a third party and are not the official passport application service. They charge $170 for supposed assistance with your application, but none of that goes toward the actual passport fee (which is another $130). It's outrageous to have people pay more for help than the actual cost of the passport, and this site should be shut down.
This site deceives users into believing it is the official government website, but it is not. I was charged $297 to renew a passport, while I could have completed the same process through the official site for just $130. AVOID this site at all costs!

Even though I was aware I qualified for an interview waiver, I decided to continue with the service. Ultimately, I can say it was a wise choice, and I highly recommend this process to anyone seeking a US visa.
This service is deceptive, and the $266.95 charge was not for the passport, passport card, or expedited fee. What I received was merely a packet containing the form I had filled out online, along with instructions to send off for the passport, requiring another payment for the passport and expedited service that I had already paid. This feels misleading and fraudulent. I've attempted to call all the provided numbers, but they are no longer operational.
