They provided details for a car that didn’t exist, resulting in me wasting 30 minutes searching an underground parking lot. When the rental ended, I was incorrectly charged €3,000 for 8,000 extra miles that I supposedly drove in just three days. This coincided with my Amex bill, leaving me short €3,000 in my account. After all of this, they thought offering a €40 voucher was sufficient compensation. Terrible customer service.
