If I could give a 0-star rating I would.
My mother (70yo, who speaks very little english) booked a flight through govoyage website to travel to my brother's, to avoid the struggle of the language.
However, she was unable to check in for her return flight from Whitehorse to Toronto (with a 2h layover in Edmonton), and found herself stranded in Edmonton for hours.
The first flight was delayed, so when she arrived at the airport, it was too late; check-in had closed.
The airline was called to check in before the journey, but they said they couldn't because the fare was purchased through Govoyage...
My mother is 70 years old... She had to spend another 900$ to come back to me, and Govoyage said they bear no responsibility, and told her to get lost.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are not reliable; they do not care about you, only your money.
My mom was in a very vulnerable position, and Govoyage simply doesn't care. Do not use their "services", especially not for flights.
I will post this on every media/rating website out there to warn others.
