I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I applied for a UAE visit visa and also paid an additional express processing fee. However, when I contacted them later to check the status, they did not even seem to know that my application had been submitted.
After I sent them a message asking for an update, they replied within just 5 minutes saying that my visa had been rejected. The speed and lack of proper information made it feel very unprofessional and suspicious. It honestly seemed as if decisions were being made randomly at their office rather than through an official or transparent process.
I would not recommend this service to others due to poor communication, lack of accountability, and an overall unreliable experience.
