The resume review and interview coaching is very strong. Having an accountability coach is also great.One thing that could be improved is job search coaching. Most of the coaching emphasizes people who already have a security clearance, which is not my situation personally.I hoped that after I got my Security+ certification I would be able to transition into a role relatively quickly, but that hasn't been the case, and it's been quite a long process. Factors that have influenced this, I must acknowledge, are beyond Govtech Academy's control.
