Never had an issue with them so far, but also didn't had/needed anything. So far I had a good experience and would use them again.The portal is rather minimalistic, but it gives you the necessary information. As I am getting closer to the end of my lease, I have looked at the options and I can either return, buy-out or renew my lease. I can see how much it costs to buy-out in the portal, but unfortunately they cannot yet provide a quote for a lease renewal.They responded quickly via email and I also got a phone call from them about my options.
