Extremely disappointing experience! We reserved our shuttle four months ahead from the airport to our destination. Just two days before our arrival, we received an email from the service cancelling our reservations, stating they don’t go to our hotel. I dismissed the email, thinking I hadn’t booked with that service. It turned out that the company collaborates with them, and they indeed do not service our location. I discovered this while waiting for our flight. I had to rush to find another shuttle - fortunately, another provider was able to assist me quickly. When I contacted the original company, they were indifferent and claimed it was the other service's fault. They should have known that this service doesn’t operate from the airport to our destination and not allowed bookings for it. Consequently, I had to pay for the new shuttle while waiting for a refund from the cancelled reservation. I was informed that there are frequent issues between these two companies. I would recommend avoiding this service - you won’t receive what you paid for, and they seem unconcerned.
