I started looking at EV chargers and spoke to Pod Point and BP Chargepoint, as these seemed to be the biggest brands on the market. The customer experience with both of these was dreadful, with so many requests for photos of my fusebox and videos of my house.So refreshing to have been introduced to Go Zero, who take all the pain away. Such an easy process to get it installed. It's also a great box, which is 100% reliable, as they fix things remotely when it stops working - this happened to me a couple of days after it was fitted. They let me know they had fixed a minor issue, and I hadn't even realised it wasn't working properly!
