I deal with the tech industry quite a bit due to my role at our company and I have to say most of my experiences are less than stellar. In particular, I avoid tech support from most of our vendors unless there's absolutely no way I can address the issue myself. Most of the time, I can solve my own problem quicker than I can drill through the layers of lower tier screeners.All that in the way of background. So far, your company has been far better. I've had occasion to talk with your tech folks several times. Short or no wait times, call backs when they say they will (not normal), and quick solutions. We have one potential hardware issue, but it's being worked actively. The software seems easy to use and was not difficult to get basically set up. I was especially pleased to see that all the devices we ordered were pre-loaded and by using VIN lookup, I had to do very little in the way of configuration. Not what I expected!I complain loudly about the generally poor tech support/service I run into all the time so I figured I should say something when it exceeds expectations.Keep it up!
