There was a problem with the payment of my subscription. I reached out to customer service on June 4 and June 13, didnt manage to receive any material response / solution. Complete waste of money. Update: about a month later or so I received an answer from customer service, I don’t know what the business practices are in Ukraine but offering a refund in France in this context is the bare minimum to avoid any further issues with the regulator. That being said I still consider to avoid this service, you have been chasing me by email to update this review as my life depended on writing these, bear in mind it’s August and most people are on vacation.
