This company is undoubtedly a scam. They will likely respond with elaborate lies, as they cannot tell the truth. Agreements are never formalized. Any payments made do not go to them directly but to another company, raising suspicions of money laundering. They are not registered to conduct business in the UK or Switzerland. When I attempted to cancel, customer support was aggressive and abusive. They use UK phone numbers that are difficult to trace. The trading platform is merely a demonstration, and they control it. I was never able to withdraw any of my profits, with endless excuses. They keep demanding more money and lack a registered office.
