Ordered cigars on the 30/10/25. Today is the 4/11/25 and no sign of my order. Order status is in 'awaiting shipment ' for the last 5 days. Sent message re the hold up and as of yet no reply. Seriously frustrated with this company. In comparison I ordered from MSS on same day and it arrived 3 days later. I will not be using GQ again and cancelling my account with them. Poor show !
