Urgent need for investigation into service malpractices!

I reserved a cab for a 6am flight to the airport, but by 6am, no vehicle had been arranged. At 6:07 am, there was still nothing. I had to cancel my booking with the reason “NO CAB!!!” My brother-in-law had to drive me instead! This is completely unacceptable! There was no way to contact Customer Service while waiting for the cab. This situation reflects a total disregard for customer care. Authorities should investigate the poor standards of this service.
